2. Do you deliver outside Lahore?

Currently, we only deliver fresh, perishable products within Lahore. For dry products, we can arrange nationwide delivery with 100% advance payment plus shipping charges.

3. How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Once your order is placed, our team will call you to confirm the details and delivery slot. For non-perishable items being shipped outside Lahore, please ensure payment is made in advance.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

5. What are your delivery charges and policies?

Delivery charges within Lahore vary by zone and order amount. For orders above Rs 7,000, delivery is free. For detailed delivery rates and zones, please refer to our Shipping Policy. For orders outside Lahore, dry products can be shipped with advance payment plus shipping charges.

6. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer store credit for returns made within 5 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. We do not offer refunds on imported fresh produce or frozen products. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

7. How can I check the status of my order?

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, changes cannot be made. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any modifications before the dispatch.

We prioritize organic products wherever possible, but not all items may be certified organic. We ensure that all products are free from harmful chemicals and preservatives.
